When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, followed by an additional 10 business days for delivery. Note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
